Is how you spend your time a reflection of what you (say you) value?

If you knew you had only a year to live, do you know how you would spend it?

What are things you would like to spend more time doing? What is getting in the way of you spending your time the way you want most?

To live a life by design, one that reflects our purpose, oftentimes requires some changes. Like releasing relationships where people’s words and actions don’t align. Or choosing to live our priorities, not just talk about them, which means saying no a lot more to things that are priorities to others. Discovering our purpose alone does not guarantee that we will step into what our soul is being called to do. It takes knowing ourselves. It takes risk. It takes work: a commitment to a way of being and making the necessary choices that allow us to have and do what we are here to offer.
